Organisée en
anglais par les intervenantes de l'école. Tous les enfants ont participé à la
fabrication des pancakes et surtout à leur dégustation !
RECIPE
:
250 g plain flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
500 mL of milk
Little oil for frying
1. Sift the flour and salt into
a bowl and make a well in the center.Add the eggs and whisk well. Gradually beat in the milk , drawing in the flour
from the sides to make a smooth batter.Cover and leave to stand for 10 mins.
2. heat the minimum of oil in a frying pan. Pour in
enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan. Cook on high heat for about 1
minute until golden brown. turn or toss and cook the second side.
